If you need an ethernet driver or it might be something else
If you are trying to connect through a modem/router you it should have come with a disk then
you might have to connect the usb lead to your modem to get a connection then
click start control panel,administrive tools,computer management,device manager scroll to network adapters should see a yellow question mark? right click install drivers
check the password make sure its exactly how you provided to your ISP internet service provider make sure the Caps lock is on/off which ever applies to your ISP contract
check your computers settings ie: firewall also he might have a default internet setting
check the leads from the modem/router whether usb,ethernet make sure they are not bad/faulty and have secure connections and try different ports
