Colour Cartridge 27 Produces faint pink colour only. Clean cartridge nozzle and then prints ok.Try printing later or next day and get same problem of faint pink colour or no colourat all.Clean nozzle and ok again.Sequence repeated and no result. Cartridge is shown as half full on the printer legend.Right hand corner of the screen. Black cartridge prints perfectly always. This might sound really silly, but when you removed the protective tape over the cartridge, did it all come off? I had this problem once, and the tape had separated, the coloured part had come off leaving a clear film over the print head. Once I peeled that off, all was well. Hope that helps. Aileen xx

just take out the colour cartridge from the printer, then you will be able to print.

apparently the default printing color has been changed, you have to change it back either from "control panel/ printers /right click on your printer and click properties, and choose color for printing." or you can do it per printing job, when it shows u the printing options, (like number of copies and other (basically same window from the control panel). if you do it from the control panel whatever you choose, that would be the default, otherwise it is per job change and is not permanent.
