Question about HTC HD2 Smartphone
If it doesn't want to connect to any computers (try different ones), there may be an issue with your micro usb port. T-Mobile might help you with this because it is so new. However if you dropped it (etc.) and if HTC doesn't replace it for you, You can get the part at HTC HD2 Repair and there is a guide that shows you how to put in the part at HTC Repair Guide.

Once you plug it in you must turn on the usb mass storage option on hyour phone. its in the settings when plugged in or on tob in the notification area.
