Probably a bad impeller or waterpump. I have had this problem my self several times... Need to go into the shop or you can change the water pump yourself and save some money. Good luck.. HDTV GURU JAY.

ERROR CODE 1e

An IE error code signifies that the washing machine is filling with water slowly or not at all. This can occur when water supply taps are not fully open or the water pressure to the tap or house is too low. Other possible causes are kinked, pinched or bent water line hoses, or clogged water inlet filters.
TIP Make sure the water taps are fully open.
Make sure the hoses are not kinked or pinched. (Use caution when moving the washer.)
Clean the inlet filters.
Check another faucet in the house to make sure your household water pressure is adequate

Washing maching wont spin out comes up e10

Hi Noeline, this is JK. Thank you for your post. I understand that you are receiving error E10 on your washer. This error means that the fill time is too long. Make sure that the washer has adequate water supply, check the faucets to make sure they are fully open on both hot and cold and make sure that the water pressure is above 30 psi. If these suggestions pan out there could be something going on with the pressure switch/sensor, main control board or the inlet valve assembly and may require a professional to diagnose.
Hope this helps!

Washer does not fill

Widgett,
I understand that you are having trouble with water entering into your washer. Here are a couple of things to check out.

1) The water supply is possibly not adequate in the area where the washer is located. Check another faucet in the house. Wait until water supply and pressure increase.
2) The water supply faucets are not completely open. Fully open hot and cold faucets.
3) The water is being used elsewhere in the house. Water pressure must be at least 30 psi. Avoid running water elsewhere while washer is filling.
4) The water inlet hoses are kinked. Straighten hoses

If you are still having issues, I would suggest to contact a local authorized technician. When they come out they can take a look at the appliance up-close and determine what exactly is going on.

-Best Regards-

We bought samsunf fully automatic but we dont have adequate water supply so how to use it by adding water manually

check to make sure the filter at the connection where the hose goes into the washer is clear of debris. this can cause low water pressure if it's clogged. it's real simple to fix. just disconnect the hose from the washer and remove screen from inside the hole and clean it off and replace. Notsure if you can run the machine mannually by adding water.

Error code H20...My washing machine, a hotpoint wt740 is showing the warning light H20...does anybody know what this means? thanks

Hi there,

Well error H20 does indicate no fill.
Make sure that that there is an adequate supply pressure to washer, check that there are no kinks or restrictions in hose. To be certain if you have an adequate supply turn off water valve to washer, disconnect hose and hold the hose into the sink or a bucket, turn the water back on, and see what the pressure is like..
If ti is too low, then the valve will not operate properly.
If you think it is ok then it is quite likely a valve fault, also check the filter built into the valve inlet.
Please post comments if further you have the same problem or you need more help or information........

Good Luck!!

Thanks

''poor pressure hot water only on new 531 series''

If you remove the supply line from the faucet and open the valve into a bucket, do you have adequate pressure? If you do, you will need to remove the hot water stem to see if something washed up into the faucet when you first turned the water on.
