It's in the Right Foot Pedal.  Under the right foot pedal is a "Computer Compartment" the battery is there: 1 AAA battery, should do it.

Link to the Manufacturer Owner's Manual.  You'll find battery installation under: "Assembly" (section 6).

My lateral thigh trainer is stuck in one position and won't move when stood on.How can I loosen it?

Eat more Big Mac Meals and drink more beer. The resulting weight gain might break the tensioner loose. Also take the trainer tension adjuster apart, clean and lubricate it just a bit.

The power cord on my lateral thigh trainer broke. Where can I get a replacement?

This is posted in the TV section but either look online for whoever made the unit or if it is a conventional cord (3 pin) like a computer or appliance you should be able to find it local.

If the power cord is wired in (not a plug in) most electronics shops will be able to sell you the part.

Cant figure out how to open back of phone to put in new battery

First: you need to simply remove the back; then after you remove the back the battery will be there. If it wasnt removed simply remove the battery from the back of the phone without it getting wet. There might be some slight difculty doing this. What you have to do is ; slam the back of you're phone; on you're thigh if you have anyproblems. also place the sim card in behind the battery u will find the sim card slot; . Then place it in the slot facing up wards.

Thank You; :-* Hope it works!
