Question about Cell Phones
This may sound silly but is it charged? try doing it plugged in also.
but there is no hard reset option other then taking it to your service provider they can do it there.
if you get lucky enough to get into the phone here are the codes just in case
factory defaults by entering *#7780#. If prompted for your lock code,
that will be Nokia's default 12345 unless you've changed it.
i hope my bad news doesnt effect my solution score lol

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
