Take it back to where you bought it, and replace it, because it is defective.

Envoy rear sagging

There is a level sensor connected to the lower control arm on the rear wheel on the drivers side. This operates the pump and lets air out if it is too high in the back.It can fail. Most likely the air pump has gone bad. Expect 800 + to fix it.

If I jump the wires to th fuel pump it will pump gas. I have 12volts to th pump relay I have 12v to th throttle injectors but no pulse. I have 12v to th coil but no fire. Got 12v to all fuses. Th code...

Hi, try installing a relay to supply current to the pump, you might have to install a new off/on switch to activate pump with relay(safety measure). Hope this helps with problem.

Why wil my McCulloch 3200 chainsaw not start after changing the fuel lines?

There is air in th sistem. Try to use a easy starter spray can into air suply. Remuve th air filter first. That will start th engine and keeped runing untill all the air in th fuel lines is out of th sistem. Or it should have a litle finger pump u can find in th chainsw

Hi i hava two code im ford focus 2007 p0491 and p0410 no can fix what doin

P0491 is a Secondary Air System fault Bank 1.

Bank 1 refers to the passenger side off the engine. The combination valve for secondary air injection did not preform as it should & set a fault. The valve is located under the plastic engine cover at the rear of the right cylinder head.

There is a plastic tube from the air pump to the valve that breaks, the valve sometimes fails, there is a vacuum hose that opens the valve that also sometimes fails & rarely the Air Injection Vacuum Control Solenoid Valve fails. The plastic tube unpluged/cracked or failed valve are the 2 most common failures.

If it's a vac leak it's in the small hose from the solenoid valve to the combination valve. The super charger may affect the vacuum, but I would expect to see more codes if it was really messing with things. The air injection system only runs for about 1.5 minutes on cold starts. If the plastic tube is broken you will hear what sound like a small exhaust leak.

What does that mean?

The P0410 code refers to the emissions system. The AIR pump puts air to the exhaust to lower emissions. It takes in outside air and pumps it through two one-way check valves into each bank of the exhaust.

About 90% of the time that this code is set, the one-way check valves have worn out or failed and allow water (which occurs naturally in the exhaust) back into the pump. In any cold climate, especially in climates with higher humidity, this water may be more excessive. The water partially fills the AIR pump, it can then freeze. When the PCM commands the pump on, if the pump is frozen it cannot turn, thus overloading the circuit and "popping" the fuse.

Possibly symptoms include:

* MIL illumination obviously
* Hesitation on acceleration
* Noise from a bad/stuck AIR pump

A code P0410 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

* Water may have collected in the AIR pump or the vent solenoid and frozen or corroded the pump
* Blown AIR pump fuse due to freezing up

Possible Solutions

Note: There is a technical service bulletin (TSB) regarding this code for a number of GM models. The TSB calls for the replacement of the AIR pump and the installation of a new secondary injection hose.

Additionally, if you simply replace the AIR pump the problem may return again (and again). If you replace the pump, also clean out the hoses and replace the one-way check valve. In a few cases, people have put a small hole in the rubber cover on the pump which allows any water to drain out.

Also, please note that this may be covered under the emissions warranty on the vehicle. If your vehicle is out of bumper-to-bumper warranty, check if the emissions warranty is still valid!

* Replace the AIR pump AND one-way check valve
* Test and clean the AIR pump AND test and replace the one-way air check valve
* Replace the AIR pump inlet hose
* Replace the AIR pump fuse (found under the hood)

The above are the interpretation of the codes.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

2002 VT1100C2 Intermittent Fuel Starvation

No the fuel pump will not fail more than once. When a fuel pump goes out it just goes. Will not work after that what so ever. Sounds like bad gas lines. I had this problem. I replaced my old gas line after the old one cracked when I did this I cut the new on to long. When I put my tank back on the old one pinched. It would run fine for a few min then sputter and die as the gas in the line ran out. I let it sit for a min and more gas filled the line and would start the process over. Try replacing the fuel lines and make sure they are cut to the right length and do not kink when the tank is on. It could also be a dirty petcock. I had let my bike sit for 6 months while in another state and the gat tank got dirty somehow. I got it running and same problem putters and dies. Neighbor took out the petcock and used an air hose to clean it out and it worked like new.

What do I have to do to change the a/c compressor are there any special procedures or can I take the old one off put the new one on and then charge the system with coolant I have a 1996 oldsmobile delta...

if old compressor fail your air condition has to be discharge at dealership or a garage that does ac repair.then the ac lines has to be flushed out before putting on new one. because old one when it fails clutch lock up or compressor fail.small metal particles get in line.stop up orifice will have to replace orifice tube the accumalator .you will need vacuum pump to pump down air conditioner .to get moisture out of will need a manifold gauge set for air tools are would be cheaper to buy compressor - accumulator - orifice tube. take it to a good air conditioner mechanics.let him put parts on and pump down system.then charge it up.because buying tools to get ac going .is going to cost $475.00 thats the vacuum pump can buy a cheaper vacuum pump that works from air from a regular air compressor you pump tires up with.manifold gauge set causes from $100.00 up to $300.00 for a good set.another thing you have to be familiar with working on air conditioners you put too much R-134 in system you will damage compressor or get seriously hurt.

If your guessing the thermostat, I think your guessing right. Easy job to replace it, use a fail safe thermostat next time to avoid this problem in the future. Good luck.
