Go to their website and check for a firmware upgrade. YOu may also be able to change the channel it operates under in the software it came with. You may be getting interference from something else in your household. Microwave ovens and portable phones (not cell phones) usually operate in the same frequency wireless adapters do.

hi..

check the range in which you are using the laptop.please use the laptop within 6 meters if you go more than that it is difficult to recieve the signal.

if stil the problem presists then try connecting with wireless internet with some other laptop if the problem presists then it the modem problem service or replace it. if it works fine then the problem is on laptop.check with the dealer.

I have belkin g wireless that i have to constantly connect

I have experienced the same issue with belkin routers. First, test your laptop with other wireless connections {e.g. Starbucks, McDonalds, etc..} to see if your laptop's wireless adapter is working okay. If so then it sounds like your Belkin Router needs to be reset to the factory defaults and then your personal wireless network settings re-entered.

If that doesn't work it may have to be replaced.

WIRELESS ROUTER

If you mean by the roadrunner that you are connect via a cable, the reason why the signal may fail and stop you from watching streamed video is that wireless is only 54mbps and not the best speed for streaming, but wired streams at 100mbps and is constant speed whereas wireless doesnt give a constant true speed of 54mbps it can reduce considerably.
