Question about Dell M781 Monitor
A tv electrician would know the exact terminoligy, but I'm not and I would say its something like the tube or phaze has gone, either way for that model of monitor its not worth getting fixed, if you livedd near me I'd happily give you a replacement, however you local car boot should have a CRT monitor for under £5
