There isnt one, whatever has locked it must be software based. maybe DRIVELOCK, again there is no mastercode unless you set one as rightfull owner/user, its there to protect the data from the wrong eyes, if you want to use the disk again you should remove all partitions and recreate as a blank disk.

Hi im not sure about hitachi hdd but
Press either delete or f2 during the boot up process to enter BIOS scroll down to set user password you can change or remove your password from there
