Sounds like your water heater thermostat may be going bad and again the slow pressure may indicate a leak. I would have the thermostat and heater coil/s checked to ensure they are performing correct.

Greenstar 30cdi hot water issue

The problem is not the water heater. The shower has a mixer or a limiter built into the plumbing so that the water wont get hot. It is a safety feature to prevent burns and protect children from scalding.

Kohler rite temp with diverter. When the tub is turned on water leaks out the shower head. Changed the diverter didn't fix problem.

You could have a restriction in the tub spout or just too much pressure. Diverter only restricts flow to tub spout so any restrictions to the tub spout will cause water to go up to shower head.

It could be debris in the cartridge at the tap itself. Whther 2 cartidges or 1 , it wouldn't be uncommon for those to clog up as well, and it really doesn't take much to cause a decrease in flow. Turn water off to tap(s) and remove handles, then cartridges in behind with proper socket or wrench and inspect for debris inside hole cartridge came out of, as well as the cartridge.

I have a shower unit running from my bath taps the cold water pressure is high so i cannot get the right temp. is there a thermostatic .control valve i can fit to the shower pipe outlet

there is an ajustment on most tub and shower valves, remove handle and there is a plastic peice that stops the handle from turning to the hot side to much. try to adjust. you shouldnt have to shut water off to house, but to be safe you might want to.

No hot water pressure on kohler bath / shower faucet

Try draining the system and apply air pressure (min 30psi) to each faucet. Open other hot water faucets to allow pressure to vent. Next try draining and cleaning the hot water tank.

No cold water from bathroom tap

Sounds like you need to replace your shower valve, especially if this is the only fixture in the house being affected. You could try to replace the cold water cartridge first. Hope this helps

Hot water taps and showers pressure very low cold taps ok

there is a little cap on the hot and cold side above the shut off valves, turn the water off at these valve and take the caps off there are filters in there clean them off and reinstall them that should take care of the problem, you might want to flush the tank while your at it hook a hose to the hot side connector and run it out side or to a sump pump then turn on the cold water and flush it out you can also reverse this procedure by doing it on the cold side
