There is no driver requirement for this device, First make sure your USB port is working well by inserting a Flash drive.

New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Hi. i have a problem in my laptop that there is a error with code 2000-0151 in dell inspiron 3520 window 7 home basic 64 bit. is there is any solution of the problem or i have to replace the hard disk ......

NO you do not need to reinstall win7 or buy a new hard disk
there are 3 fixes for your problem and I have all three you can have for free,
I'm assuming you are using another computer at the moment, so first download the program from this link,
How to Repair Errors in Windows 7
you can only use this if you can get your operating system to boot in any mode, if not download this disk (press the F8 key to get windows boot options and select mode)
https://www.filesanywhere.com/fs/v.aspx?v=8b6f63885d6571a970a0
and burn the iso to disk and boot from it and run scan disk on your hard drive, that may fix you problem right then, but if not, I have both Microsoft repair disks for win7 and can send you a link for that also, but I have to know which one you need,,,, there is one for 32bit and one for 64bit and you can only use the one that you have, So let me know

How to Replace Bios? Boot & Reformat Attempts Hang (on every HDD) - I guess BIOS is Corrupted

You can go to the manufacturer web site and go to support then to drivers and downloads there should be a BIOS flash software utility at their site. Click Here to go there. Select your model and make sure it is the correct one. I would also go for the automatic driver update, this will find and seek any drivers for your laptop that are needed, missing, or upgrade them.
If that does not provide the info you need their is also a support number as well as live chat at the link above. I hope this assisted you in some way. John

I have windows vista just had a new hard drive installed the data off the old drive has been put onto an hdd caddy how do I load it back onto the new hard drive of my computer, the caddy is a plug in via a...

When you insert the usb cable from the caddy into a USB port on your notebook, Vista will automatically recognize it and open a dialog box. Choose to view files and folders.

Open another Window using Explorer and resize it so you can see the contents of your C: drive.

Then simply drag your files and folders from the caddy to the C: drive where you want them.

Remember that transferring program files will NOT help you as many of the files needed to run a program are located in other folders such as yours Windows directory. You will need to reinstall any software you wish to use.

This method is strictly for data transfer, as an example all your pictures, documents, spreadsheets, etc.

How to remove hard drive from acer 1360 aspire

Detach the machine from the power supply.
Turn the Acer Aspire 1360 over. Remove the battery.
The hard disk caddy can be seen centrally located from the battery bay (it is shiny metal). There is a piece of clear plastic attached to the back end of the caddy.
This is usually pushed back on itself under the plastic casing.
There are two screws located in the casing around where the HDD is located.
One is deepset and one is much nearer the surface.
Remove the deepset screw and put aside for later.
Get hold of the clear plastic strip attached to the HDD caddy (you may need a small screw driver to 'fish' it out). Gently pull the HDD caddy into the battery bay. It should come out quite easily, but you do need to apply consistent and mild force.

Once you have the caddy out, you will notice that there are two screws holding the HDD in it. Remove them carefully.
Remove the HDD from the caddy.

Putting back together is the reverse of the above.
