Bread machine hums and sounds like it's stuck when starting

My husband has taken the bottom off this bread machine and he says it has no fuses. The belt is okay...it runs on gears.

How do I get the kneeding blade out of the bread machine?

soak the paddle in soapy water overnight with enough water to keep the paddle submerged. The next day wiggle it back and forth while holding the litte ears underneathe the pan. Move it up and down too. If it still doesn't break free go to you tube and type "how to remove a stuck bread machine paddle" have your husband do that move, but don' use more than one jug of water because the TBR15 pan is thin and can bend. Be sure your husband uses hot pads to hold the pan edges so he doesn't hurt his fingers. If that method doesn't work you will have to live with a stuck paddle or order a new pan assembly and paddle and then always remember to remove to soak your paddle after baking and remove it from
the stem, clean, and store. Daryl,,, from breadmachineshelp.com

The pan on by breadman gets stuck everytime I make a loaf of bread and my husband has to get it out for me. How do I easily remove the pan?

Keep your husband nearby, lol.

No, but really, the two guides located at each end of your removable bread pan insert need to be raised up a bit. Place both thumbs directly under each guide and push up a bit.

The two baking chamber clips may also need a bit of re-positioning. Reach under each clip, grab the opening at bottom, then genty tug in the direction of the opposing clip.

I have loved this machine- had no problems until today. I put in liquid ingredients for banana bread (had not even added flour yet) and started it mixing. It was doing fine, then suddenly stopped mixing....

It sounds like your drive belt has come off or snapped. If you can take off the bottom panel and look in there you'll see which it is. A snapped drive belt is not uncommon on bread machines.

The rotating shafts that hold the kneading blades in place keep sliding through the bottom of the bread maker

The spring washer that holds the spindle in place has probably come off. If you or your husband take off the bottom panel you might find it laying in there. Unplug your machine first of course before attempting any work. If you machine is like most it is a little spring clip that looks like a little horsehoe. Try to get it back on. It fits in a little groove on the very bottom of the spindle.

I was given a B&D 2250 machine (used) and the kneading blade seems to be fused to the bottom of the machine. I have soaked it in hot water and scrapped out dough from beneath the blade but it is still...

Hi,
I buy and sell bread machines and have run in to your problem many times. Just log on to you tube and type in,,,,,,,,,,,How to Remove a Stuck Bread Machine Paddle or Kneading Blade"
You will need ...2 hotpads, an old shoelace or string about 3 feet long and 2 old milk jugs, detergent botlles etc......something that will provide weight than you can tie the string to. Tie the string tightly around the post and knot it tight.....the string goes in the little gap between the bottom side of the paddle and the pan. The other end is tied to the milk jugs....watch the video and it will make sense....

The apparatus/prongs that operate the paddle don't move properly

Take off the bottom and spray the bearing under the oven with automotive brake cleaner. This will free them up.
