E-100 is an error of the Laser Beam detect PCB. Either the laser unit is not working or the beam detect PCB is not detecting the beam. You can't see the beam so don't try. Since you are also getting a E-220 which is a Scan Lamp error. Most likely cause is a ribbon cable between the CCD unit and Image Processor PCB. You may need a tech to trouble shoot this problem

Brother mfc465-cn unable to init 49

Error 49 relates to the print head drive voltage. It may just need the flat ribbon cables that connect the head to the main pcb reseating, but equally it may need the print head replacing (most likely).
An outside chance that the main pcb will need replacing.

In theory, all of these jobs are a task for an engineer. Brother UK (0870 830 400) can pass you on to a repair agent.

TV turns OFF and ON

No it is not. There is no fransfer of memory for the power module, but there is for the control module (main pcb). RCA also has a problem with 2 connectors that go bad. One on the power pcb and the other on the convergence output pcb. They are white in color. The good ones are black in color. Look for the 2 ribbon cables that connect from the main pcb to the power pcb and see what color the connectors are.
