Question about Nokia E60 Cellular Phone
Hi, when you forgot a personal code, it means that the cell phone will be locked and you wwill not have access to operate the cell phone and even make calls...
Cell phone lock comes in two different ways..
Soft reset and hard reset.
Soft reset can be done when you forget the phone lock and you not change the default lock code for the cell phone you can unlock the cell phone by typing in Nokia default code which is 12345.
Hard reset code is when you have changed the code by personalizing it with your choice of password that only you can have access to..
To unlock cell phone in this state,you will need a PC and software or you can simply unlock from the internet. It cost money,but not that expensive.

Hello,the truth is that you can unlock the phone ,but you can't unlock all phone for free.The payment sites are very cheap you could try it out and see.You can the link below to unlock .
Note: unlock is not free, You will be charged to get your unlock code.
The only way by which you can get the unlock code for free is by calling your service provider and requesting for your unlock code.
If you service provider refuses to give it to you, then there is no other place where you can get a free unlock code.

Not much of a solution if all you provide is another website where I buy a fix. Why did I spend $6 with you to tell me what is easily available on the web?
I would like my $6 back if that is all that is on offer.

The additional comment is pretty much as pathetic as the original one. FYI the real solution is quite simple when you work it out. Simply keep trying codes until the phone says if you enter one more it will clear all data and reset phone to factory. You can then enter the Nokia standard default code and it is unlocked
When will you credit my $6 back?
