F1 error means that the flood switch has been activated. To reset the flood switch you need to remove the bottom dish drawer to be able to access the reset buttons. To remove the drawer you press in the rectangle buttons and slide them back under the drawer, they are located right behind the front panel at the bottom of the drawer. It may help to have someone help hold the drawer for you. Once they are slid back all the way place the bottom drawer on the floor to the left side of the washer as you look at it. This will give you the access you need. Lie down on the floor so you can see in the bottom. There you will see a white coloured plastic box on each side, one is for the top drawer the other is for the bottom drawer. Make sure the power is off to the dishwasher. Place your finger underneath the box and you will feel a small pin/lever. This is attached to the magnetic flood switch and resets it when you click it one way and then the other. Once you have done this turn the machine back on before you put in the bottom drawer as if it does not work then you will need to activate it maybe a couple of times. Once the F1 alarm disappears you are good to go. Place the drawer back in the opposite way to removal. Slide one rack forward and rest the drawer on it. Then slide the other side out and it will snap lock into position.

SOURCE: My dishwasher started beeping and

Hi
Error F1 on your fisher & paykel means an overfill condition. One of the most common causes for an overfill fault is that the dishwasher cannot pump out the dirty water due to a plugged drain hose. Check the drain hose if it is clogged. Now remove the bottom drawer from the unit to inspect the flood switch. Remove the wire harness cover on the underside of the drawer. With the bottom cover off, unclip the wire harness, fill hose, and drain hose. Then unclip the linkage at the back of the drawer and lift the drawer off the slider arms. Now' you'll be able to look at the flood switch. Note the positions of the wires on the flood switch and remove them. Then unclip the switch housing from the base panel. The switch housing contains one switch for each drawer. The switches are wired normally closed (NC) and each switch has three spade connections, so it's important to note where the wires went. Now clean the contacts and let it dry. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

F1 and beeping

F1 means the drawer lid is not closing properly - (lid seal leaking) which caused water to splash out when you started the wash cycle. The flood circuit on base of dishwasher housing (under the bottom drawer) has tripped. You will have to find the source of leakage and also dry the base of dishwasher housing. Make sure the dishwasher is unplugged form mains socket when you work in it.

You will need to be a bit more specific when you say "no flood".

Are you having this F1 fault in one or both drawers?

What did the engineer do when he was there last time?

Does the F1 code flash with beeps?

What happens when you turn the mains power off and on after a short delay?

Please provide the actual model number of your fisher and paykel 2 drawer dishwasher.

What does "F1" mean? The oven is out!

I think f1 is a problem with the oven control board. Look on the back of the oven for a tech sheet and it will tell you what the codes mean and what to check.
