Unable to receive files via blue tooth. i am getting a message operation failed

My Blackberry curve 8520 can send data via bluetooth but it unable to receive data from another bluetooth enabled device. please send me solution.

go to bluetooth settings and put save in memory card

Move all data in memory card other than in folders like images, received,videoclips etc. To any folder in memory card. Then try again . It works.

Maybe your phone does not support the song format or you may not have free memory,

ah your blue tooth is not function

Use File Explorer.

Can u b more clear with ur querry... Please be descriptive on the phone model and operating system u r using...

if you are paired correctly with the person who is blue toothing you than make sure that you have enough memory for what ever it is they are bluetoothing you.

If the file or files are big check that you have enough memory left and that they leave thier phone connected to yours until the download is complete.

I would suggest u to remove ur memory card and receive a similar file on the phone memory…try to play it…if this happens then the problem Is there with the memory card…it may b a virus problem…format ur memory card…take backup of ur important data in the memory card and format it...

try a hard reset *2767*3855# then try again
