Question about Computers & Internet
You can get into the router's firmware by typing it's location on your network into your browser bar.
For most people, the address is usually http://192.168.1.1/ .
From there, usually you will have to enter your login & password for the router, and then you will have the option to change it's settings. Just look around and you should see an option like "Enable UPnP?" with a checkbox or a yes/no dialog next to it. Simply check it, save your settings, and close the browser window.
Some routers you may have to power down the router and then turn it back on for the new settings to take place.
