Question about Computers & Internet
1.Open the start menu, click Run, type compmgmt.msc, and then click OK.In the console tree, click Disk Management. The Disk Management window appears. From there, go into the Disk Management option in the left pane. You should see the disk in there, where you can partition/format and/or assign it a drive letter.
2.In the bios there is this option for IDE simulation.Turn that option on.
3.Try seeing if it's detected on a connection that already works for another drive. The alternative is to try it with a USB case.
Is the WD 2TB HDD recognized at the boot level?(from bios)
