Does this happen on all video inputs? Does it happen when the volume is turned down all the way? There could be two solutions. Solution 1, is the amplifier chip is going faulty on the Main Board. Solution 2, is the Power Supply Board is approximatly 6 inches above the right speaker, and the power supply or the High Voltage Transformers on the power supply are causing the buzzing noise by Electo Magnetic Interference.

Static popping and buzzing sounds come from the speakers when the car is running. The Radio is not turned on and it will continue for a long time, quit then start again as you are driving.

Is it a factory amplified system? Could be the volume knob. Might try unplugging the radio for test purposes and see if it still pops and buzzes to get a better idea of where to go next

My vizio e320vl comes on for a second then goes off

Fault to the main power supply regulator section. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

Buzzing static sound in speaker

Static can be caused by a few things.

Does the static persist if you unplug the audio cable from your computer?
If so, the static is being caused by the amplifier built in to your speakers.
If not, the static is probably caused by interference on your sound card. Try plugging the speakers in to a portable media player. You might need to replace the sound card in your computer.
