This is usually a matter of the drive belt somehow slipping and then gripping? have you replaced the belt? Checked over the pulleys?

To my mind this is something slipping... NOT the gearbox, so this only leaves the belt?

It is something common to the Drive, After the gearbox I would think?

Something is jammed in the drive and when you put the mower in gear the motor stalls. U need to locate the source of the problem - once you do that all will be copacetic.

Paper jam warning keeps appearing till i should move towards the gear inside it then fine again but after 1 printing finins messege appears again

I do not quite understand what you are saying. I think you mean that the carriage stops in the middle and it says paper jam after one page is printed. Look inside the machine and you will see a long chrome bar that the carriage runs along when printing. use some kitchen roll and clean any grease from the bar and try it again. If still have problem, does the 1st sheet fully eject from the machine or does its end still stay in the machine and then the error appears? I need to know the answer before can make more suggestions.
