My dad installed the game and registered it to his computer how can i install and register it to mine too?

If you lost the installation key, you can contact the developer for a key if you registered the game. If not, there's not much you can do.

if you registered online you can sign in and find the CD key ,

If you didn't Register online there is nothing you can do to get the CD KEY, i am sorry but without that CD KEY the game won't work

Hi. You don't have to buy the game again if you are able to register your game to EA you can download the sims 3 online through ea download manager. Do you have the EA download manager installed in your computer? If not, download it first here when it's done sign in to your account and you will be able to get the game that you have registered.
