with further investigation I've noticed that it works with Internet Explorer but not with Fire Fox so I'm wondering if it's just a update.. still investigating... i'll come back to you soon...

OK for some reason you have to putHTTPS://www.youtube.com in stead of HTTP... it works... still investigating this is rediculous but it works

I've found this on some blog some where that could be logical... MARCH 16 2011 "the US military temporarily closed it on some networks, because they need the bandwidth to help with japan" So You tube probably kept a SSH connection alive somewhere (not to lose to much clients) and work around the army's curfew, I think it is temporary and will come to normal some time soon...

ours too have this same problem!!
    how can i fix it??!!

Ours was working fine this morning without the "https" prefix, just plain old "http" but like i previously explained it is possible that we might have problems with popular web sites with all the disasters going on in the world,.. When mother nature starts to behave then all should come back to normal...

    Cheers!

Java flash installation black screen

Hi Susan. I'm going to ask you to completely uninstall Adobe Flash and reinstall it as the latest version.

To Uninstall Adobe Flash Player:
  1. Download the Adobe Uninstaller below http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe
  2. Exit all browsers and apps that use Adobe Flash.
  3. Run the installer that you just downloaded.
  4. Verify Adobe was uninstalled by restarting your PC, opening your browser and going to Flash Player Help, and clicking on "Check Now".
Adobe Flash Player should now be completely uninstalled.

To Install Adobe Flash Player:
  1. Visit Adobe Install Adobe Flash Player and click "Install Now".
  2. Close all apps and browsers running Adobe Flash and run the install program.
  3. After running the install, visit Flash Player Help and click "Check Now".
  4. Your Flash version should now be displayed along with your browser and OS.
You should now be able to watch YouTube videos without any problems. I hope this information helped you solve your problem. If it did, please consider voting for this answer. It is greatly appreciated.

Why don't YouTube videos play anymore.

Have you tried using a different browser or clearing the cache and cookies on your current browser? Sounds like that's the issue. If you tell me which browser you're using, I can tell you how to access those settings. Also, make sure everything is up to date as well. Alot has changed in the world of software and technology since 2012.

take out the battery, then take out the memory. Put one of the two memory modules back in, and turn it on. If everything looks ok, shut down and put the other one back and try again...if everything is ok...then ok. If it doesn't work after the first one, let me know...

Hello sir,Before 3 days ago I bought HP dv5 1104AX laptop. In this laptop there one problem in graphics like suppose I open video site in browser aned if I put in full screen then screen will be divide in...

Hello sir

I understand that your notebook is unable to play online videos in a web browser in full screen mode.

Videos on YouTube are streamed through an Adobe Flash player. For the best viewing experience, we suggest you install the latest version of Adobe Flash after removing any old versions you've installed.
Please completely uninstall Flash before reinstalling the latest version.
To uninstall Flash, please follow Adobe's instructions, listed here: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157
Once you're done, restart your computer and follow Adobe's instructions for reinstalling Flash: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
If the instructions above don't resolve the issue please try the following:
  1. Temporarily disable popup blocking software installed on your computer to test.
  2. Allow YouTube.com as a trusted site in your Firewall software.
  3. Ensure other applications like Quicktime, iTunes, Real Player, or Windows Media Player aren't set as the default streaming application, as this might affect the video player.

Windows Vista users: If the flash uninstall reinstall does not work this maybe due to a Microsoft Windows Vista permissions issue.
Please use the Windows button at the bottom left then the search function:
  1. Go to: C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\
  2. Right-click on the following file: FlashUtil9b.exe or FlashUtil9e.exe
  3. Select "Run as Administrator" and install the update.
  4. Restart your computer.

Black Screen

I have the exact problem. I came on slowly, some days it would work, some days it wouldnt. Finally i couldnt get it working at all. Sent it back to Kodak as it was still under warranty, the repair center claims it was "physical damage". They admit that the camera shows no evidence of falling or banging but it doesnt matter. The camera was lightly used only by my wife, she took good care of it. I'm currently fighting with Kodak, they are requesting photos from the repair center, so they claim. I think its lost cause, but we'll see.

Video card is giving me problems

Make sure the videocard is set in the slot. You should remove and reseat the videocard. Then go to: http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp and download the latest video drivers from here and try installing them again. Old video driver can kill!!! Let me know what happens. Good Luck. Tim
