If the pages are dirty with excess toner then it is likely that you have had a toner cartridge leak in the printer. Remove the cartridge and look inside, if you see toner, that is your problem. You will need to get that toner out of the printer. You will need a lint free cloth that will pickup the spilled toner. In the industry we use a special vacuum to do this, DO NOT use a standard household vacuum, the toner particles will go through the filter and be pumped into the room for you to breath. Once cleaned out it might take 40-50 copies before your prints will be all nice again.

Yes you can replace the transfer roller, but check to make sure the roller is firmly seated into its holder and that the springs are contacting the metal shaft.

Will only print test page


SInce the test pages are printing the problem is a software communication issue. Make sure you have the right printer selected in the program you are trying to print from.
