Need to reprogram casio te-2400 first had a error and fixed that but now all my pricing is gone and when I hit an item nothing happens

Turn key to Program enter 4 subtotal (may need to put in a clerk #)

Enter 236 press Cancel Button hit subtotal to exit.

You just use one of the item buttons. Re-name it to MISC then when you use it in REG mode, type a price each time and press MISC. This is the standard way to make a MISC button Make sure you don't use a decimal point when entering prices. Hope that makes sense

I think you are referring to multiples of one item.You can use the multiplication button:Type the quantity first then press X/DATE TIME button then press the item name.

It usually means someone has made a mistake while changing prices.
try this:

turn key to program mode
press 0 button
press CASH button
press SUBTOTAL

After you enter the item at full price during a sale, just type 50 and press %- button.

Try this: Turn key to program mode 0 CASH SUBTOTAL 3 SUBTOTAL 0 CASH SUBTOTAL
This should remove the preset amount from the CASH button. Now it should work normally when finishing the sale.
Now turn back to REG mode when entering the price, DO NOT use a decimal, so type 2000 for 20 dollars. Now press a PLU (item) button. SUBTOTAL Type the amount received (NO DECIMAL, so 5000 for 50 dollars) Press CASH Change should be displayed, and drawer open
