1. check the compatibility with the operating system > if the program is not compatible with the Operating system ( Windows XP, Vista etc) then it may not operate properly.
check your documentation for setup and installation of the software.
2. Some software downloaded is corrupted from the server and may need to be downloaded a 2nd time from a non corrupted site to be properly installed.
