Depending on the speakers you have, they'll have different inputs.
Some have an rca input, some have a coaxial or a digital optical cable.
Your tv has a digital optical output.
Simply purchase a digital optical cable and plug it in your tv and your wireless speakers.
You'll have to change the sound output of the television in the settings menu.
It'll be under the sound area.

the sender plugs into the TVs audio out jack and you may need to select on a on-screen menu for the TV, audio out for the external speaker, in other words, the tv speakers are activated but maybe not the external audio jack for the sender unit. Many HDTVs have a very complex menu (firmware) with all kinds of options you can select. Check into this possibility.

I have a wireless speaker system that home base plugs into an external music source, can In somehow connect it to the Bose 3-2-1?

Yes, it can. The Bose rear panel has RCA jacks for right and left channel audio outputs. You'll need a connecting cable with RCA plugs on the Bose end, and whatever kind of input connector your wireless speaker system needs.

Want to install exterior speakers

Go to menu, use ch. keys and click audio, use vol. keys to go to sub-menu, when sub-menu appears, use ch. key and click down to the tv speakers under heading "speakers", turn them "off". On left side in the back are the audio plugins, the top two under the s-video plugin, red on top, white next down are the two audio speakers rca jacks. Plug your external speakers, like the ones that you'd buy for a computer, in those two. The manual does not say if you plug speakers in these jacks the tv's builtin speakers will be cut off, but this tv I got was being used for a computer monitor and the tv's speakers were turned off from the menu, so I guess plugging in external speakers does not turn off the tv's speakers and would interfer with the external speakers. I suppose you could try it both ways and see, leave the tv's speakers "on" and plug in externals and see if they are turned off automatically.

EXTERNAL SPEAKERS ARE AS LOUD AS THE HEADPHONES WHY?

The ability to turn off the external speakers of the radio being plugged into has to do with the capabilities of the radio itself, not the headphones. Most radios will automatically disable any built-in speakers when you plug headphones in but yours may require an extra step. Check your radio manual to see if it has a switch that can do this.
