Question about Apple iPod nano
First try a soft reset (Press & Hold 'Menu' & 'Center' buttons together for 6 secs until the apple logo appears.
Second, try a restore. Connect your iPod to your PC, open up the latest apple updater, and click 'restore'
If neither of these work, try to download a newer/different version of iTunes.
