Supersonic sc-29d karoake, dvd player. Mic volume is very low, almost inaudable. Everything is turned up to the max. Tried different microphones. All mic functions are set to max volume. It's a brand new player. Plays discs wonderfully. Is this an inherent problem with this machine? Do I have something connected improperly? Have 20 years karaoke experience and never had this happen before. Thank you. Max.

what you should do is first check the volume and if that dosent work try reseting your computer

ARE YOU SURE DVD IS GOOD QUALITY OR GENUINE DVD, IF DVD IS COPY COULD BE YOU GET THIS PROBLEM.

Take it back where you got it from, End get your money back ,

sorry to say but most likely case is bad motor or turntable issue of some type. unless expensive unit cheaper to buy a new player.

You need to check the record settings and make sure the mic is not muted or turned down to low. Click START, CONTROL PANEL, then SOUND icon. Click the AUDIO tab up top. Make sure that your sound card is selected in the drop down menu under Sound Recording. Now click VOLUME tab. A new window will open up. Click OPTIONS then PROPERTIES. Make sure you have a check by the MIC and click OK. In the Recording Control window, turn the level up for Microphone and make sure it is not muted. Let me know what happens.

you have to play around with the volume buttons on the remote. Turn down the volume from the dvd player using the vol - button then turn up the mic volume on the front of the machine

Set sound properties to Stereo by going in to menu of dvd player as it seems its set on AC3 or Dolby Surround some thing.

if it's the RCA cord (Red, Yellow, and White) you should be able t fond it at any electronics store, other then that look up Monster cables on the internet they carry pretty much everything
