To store a number.... 1. Press SHIFT 2. Press RCL 3. Press the letter you want to use, any from A to M
Now it is stored. To view the stored number...
1. Press RCL 2. Press the letter you want to see

Equation mode in casio115W

Sorry, the Fx-115W is unable to solve equations of any type. In addition to that, the more sophisticated Casios such as the FX-991 ES solve linear equations of no more than 3 variables.

Can't figure how to store and recall numbers in memory. fx-115ES

To store a number in a register, press SHIFT [STO] and then one of [A], [B], [C], [D], [X], or [Y] naming the register. To recall a number from a register, press RCL and then the name of the register.

There's also a register M. You can add to the value in M by pressing M+, subtract from the value by pressing SHIFT [M-], and recall from M by pressing ALPHA [M]. The key is just above the AC key.

How do you doo antilog on casio fx-115w?

For natural antilogarithm use e^x (shift ln). For common antilogarithm use 10^x (shift log). The ln and log keys are on the right side of the keyboard, just above the tan and cos keys.

How do you use the memory store and recall?

to store the numbers in memory its very simple...jus press some digits wch u want to store...then after entering the numbers press SHIFT then press RCL...then press any one alphabet frm A-M...then u r numbers are view the stored numbers press RCL and press the alphabet where u stored it...thats it its simple!!!!

How to switch off the REG and Sci function

press MODE then select CALC then COMP to remove REG.
press MODE again select DISP then NORM1 to remove SCI.

when you press the keypad the calculator scanline translate and encode this function to digital formula(1&0)which the brain can understand(microprocessor)and this digital formula stored in a store called register which can easily called out to go to display where you can see it.
