Try using the cursor (arrow keys). If they work, try cleaning the mouse ball, unscrews from the underneath, or change the mouse if optical.

Turn screen display

Since you have a Dell laptop, you can go about fixing it this way:
  1. Right click anywhere on your desktop screen; then look for and move your cursor on "Graphics Options."
  2. Then look for and move your cursor on "Rotation."
  3. Now click on "Normal." Then it should put your screen back to the upright position
  4. If you don't have the option to fix it like above (method #1), there are shortcut keys you can try. Press on these keys and hold them down at the same time: CTRL and ALT and UP ARROW. For whichever way your screen is rotated, by pressing those 3 keys at the same time should put your screen back to the upright position.

Swintec 2000 Margin

You should reset the margins where you would like them. To do this, go the the file screen and press MARGIN. Press <--- to change the left margin, or ---> to change the right margin, or the up arrow to change the top margin, or the down arrow to change the bottom margin.

Do one at a time. When you choose one (i.e. <---), the message "LEFT MARGIN SETTING" appears on the screen and the cursor moves to the left margin column automatically. Move the cursor to the desired location by using the arrow keys. As you move the cursor, the corresponding margin mark moves along with it. The press "DO" to set the new margin.

Hope this helps.
