In essence, you need to re handshake the units. There is a seek button on one or both that institues the process.

I have a Sio/Scan Atomic Clock that gives time, indoor and outdoor temp. I have lost the instruction manuel and cannot set time or date since I changed batteries. CN5 V00 U Can you help me?

The Sio/Scan Atomic clocks should automatically set the time and date.

Place the clock in a window facing towards Colorado and give it 24 hrs to update

If that fails here's the web site for them:

How do you change a motor for a eureka model 8851

All of these vacuums capture the motor assembly between two plastic case halves, or are held in place by a band. Take out the phillips screws (sometimes the screws are under decorative plugs to hide them) and carefully pull one half off. You'll have a lot of taking apart to do, but if you actually got a replacement motor, it will be worth it.

Not sucing

The reason it is not picking up is probably because the belt is stretched, worn or broken and is not turning the brush the way it should and therefore not picking anything up. You should change the belt on your model at least once a year. Here is a link to the belt you need and a link to the owners manual which has belt changing instructions:

Belt change for eureka capture

Lie the vacuum down so it's completely flat, the back of it facing up. On the bottom of it, on the grey plastic, there are instructions. They say, to access the belt, remove the screws numbered 1, 2, 3 & 4. Then look at the four corners of the bottom of the vacuum and you'll see these numbers. You may need a flashlight to actually see the screws because a couple of them are pretty deep inside the plastic. Loosen them with a long shafted, Phillips screwdriver. Stand the vacuum back up and the screws should just fall out. Then you can easily pop off the cover to change the belt.
