Question about Insignia NS-BRDVD Blu-Ray Player
Its hard to tell what you need but you can test your ethernet connection by plugging a lap top into it and see if you get interent. If the Blu Ray has quit working entirely (as in won't play disks) then thats a different problem. Since you have only had the device for a short time I would contact first the store where you bought it and they can tell you how to get warranty repair.
