Red and white colored plugs are for audio, red it right channel and white is left. Plug your DVD player (if that's whay you have) into the red and whte on the tv, some tv's only have one audio in and its usually white, in this case plug in only the white wire from your player. the yellow plug is for video and you should plug that into the yellow jack on your tv. If you tell me exactly what you are trying to plug in I can help you better.

1. Verify the circuit it's plugged into is powered.
2. Change the batteries in your remote control. It requires (2) AAA's.

Have you checked whether mains power reaches the power board? Check it first. If yes, the power board you purchased newly should be checked.

Toshiba 32C100U popping sound no picture

Might be worth the effort to open it and have a look for loose plugs or a ribbon cable somewhere--if do look for any plugs that are held down with tape near where they plug in.

Ghost? More likely bad remote. Pull the batteries from the remote and leave them out for a couple days, see if the problem persists. If it does then there is nothing wrong with the remote. Good luck.

How do i connect a surround sound system to my Toshiba Regza 32L TV

If you look at this image: http://i.testfreaks.co.uk/images/products/600x400/251/toshiba-regza-32c3030d.3770363.jpg
The back of your tv should be similar to this (I couldn't find an exact one, but it should be very similar). You want to plug in your audio cables into the red and white plugs at the bottom right, and then into your surround sound. This should work (assuming they are the same layout).
If they are different, try and find a set of red and white plugs that say "Audio out" and "L + R" or something similar to that. These plugs will work.

Looking for an instruction manual for Toshiba tv model #TV32C40

Would like to know if the Model # stated is correct as the Toshiba site does not display any model with this numbers? Anyway it appears that this model has been superseeded by another Model namely 32C100U for which you can download the manual from this link. I am confident it will carry all the details which you are looking for.
