Question about Computers & Internet
There is many chances:
1- website maybe blocked from your internet provider.
2- change your dns in network proprties to: 188.8.131.52 and 184.108.40.206
3- ping the website from run in start menu and see is it pinging: ping www.youtube.com if it is pining than try some other browser.
4- do you have flash player in working condtion if not install it from adobe website.
