Question about Cell Phones
I know you probably don't want to, but your best bet is to call your wireless provider and ask them to look at your account. There are two main possible causes for this (there could be others, but these are the most likely):
1. There is a text messaging block on your account. This will sometimes allow incoming messages and block outgoing ones depending on the type of block.
2. There is a service outage in your area.
Either of these things can be determined only by customer service (Usually by dialing 611 + Send on your phone if you are in the US)
