Honestly, I've NEVER checked a site selling replacement screens for samsung TVs but a friend bought recently a replacemente screen for a 22" monitor (not samsung) for 52 USD on e-bay. Presume 28" shoud be somewhat more expensive.
I guess, just guess, that the problem is that when you've got a damaged screen, might be more expensive replace it then to buy a new one and sell your old TV/Monitor for parts!
