I would blow out with air compressor or canned air completely. If the fan feels tight, i would take sticker off center of fan and spray a little WD-40 in center of fan and work the blade with your hand. After it frees up a bit give her a try. Good luck and have a good day.. Sincerely HDTV GURU JAY
