You ca generally get a free unlock code from your phone carrier by calling them up. Otherwise check out this mobile unlocking site for an unlock guide with instructions on removing your Nokia 5310's SIM lock. Good luck!
PIN code is not cell dependent, its operator dependent..
PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times, This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUK if PIN is blocked...
if you provide PUK code wrongly for 10 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM
NOTE: You should ask your service provider, get the PUK,
The default pincode is 0000, so if you didn't enter one yourself I think it's still the same. Te puk code is to e used when you loose your pincode. With it, you can also change the pincode. You can try and fill in your PIN code 3 times. I'd say: try 0000 first. If it doesn't work, change your pin using the PUK code you already found. FYI: The PIN-code is the security code you mentioned.
How can someone help you if you don't even tell which phone you have??? Your problem is you forgot your PIN? You can use the PUC code to unlock your phone. Either you got it with your SIM-card or you can get it from your provider. If you have already tried you PIN 3 times, your phone will ask for your PUC otherwise you should try this: **05*PUC*newPIN*newPIN# replace PUC with your PUC code and NewPIN with your new pincode. It should change your pin code to the new one.
