You can.
Depending on what kind of phone you have, you can download sync program from the manufacturer of the phone to put music on your phone with a usb cable.
Or, you can take the microSD card out of the phone and put it in your computer and sync it that way.

How to put music on the hone

You didn't mention the brand or the model of your phone. If it has a USB port you can transfer the music file from a computer to your phone via a data cable using the PC Suite. You can also take out your memory card, put it in a card reader, connect it to a computer and transfer the music files to your phone, Another way to put music files to your phone is through a Bluetooth connection with another phone, but this is slow and time consuming.

How do i put music on my sch-u450 with a usb connection

Hello,

All you need to do is to plug your phone with the usb to a system.

Go to my computer, you will see a drive representing your phone, right click to open and create a folder you want to put the music.

Go to the folder where the music is stored and copy the music you want to put on your phone.

Go back to the new folder created and right click to paste the music on the new folder in your phone.

Safely eject the usb and open the folder in your phone where the music is stored to play.

Take care.

Putting music on nokia 6205 from memory card

1. put card in computer and format
2. put card in phone, take a picture
3. open music app on phone (nothing should show up)
4. take out card, put in computer
5. copy songs to the newly created my_music folder

make sure all song filenames are only the song titles. all other information (artist, track number, album, etc, should go in the IDv3 tag as the phone will read this information).

I have 2 of these phones, and this is what seems to work for me.

LG Chocolate micro SD card

You need to format inside the phone. Go to Settings-Memory-Card Memory-Options-Format card. Do that, put it back in your computer, and put music (MP3's) into the My_Music folder.

I have a LG enV2. I bought a micro SD card so I could put my own music on my phone. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to get the music on my phone from the media card. Is there a way?

Ok, format your micro sd card, and then put it in your phone, and mess around in your music, then put it back in your pc and put your music in the media or the music file.. dont remember which one it was, and then put it in your phone. Now you can open your music and it will find them! Enjoy!

Help with downloading music from computer to phone

One way to to put music on your phone, is by using a memory card. The Micro sd cards come with an adapter that allows you to insert it in a card reader slot. Then simply copy music into the Music folder on the card. The cards I have purchased already had music and picture folders established on them.
