Hy! I have a PlayStation 2 console type, and an LCD TV. The television is not amine composit RCA jack, and no scart connector. And this my problem. So now I can not use the console to my TV. The TV is located, USB, HDMI, DVI, and RGB connectors. Is there some kind of solution that can be mounted on the console to my TV? Thank you in advance for your help!

Thanx, but I don't have SCART connector, on my TV. I need an extension, as the mother, the composit (red, white, yellow), and rgb the father, what television can do. but I can not find such a thing :(

that isnt what i said, i never mentioned scart!!! I said you can buy an RGB(which you say your tv has) ps2 lead like this and that then allows you to connect via scart or composite connection. Understand Now?

I used to not be so stupid Aaaaah.... :DD
I've seen a lot this kind of connector, but is distracted by a scart socket, which is on it. But now I realized :)
So, no need to use the scart, only the father Composite, and RGB. The scart, as if there would be no. I am enlightened! Oh yesss :D
    MARTIN Thank you!

How to connect samsung dvd to samsung tv

Follow these steps: Component Video Connection 1. Get a component video cable. This cable has 3 sets of connectors, one each for the red, blue and green color signals.
2 Match the connectors to the appropriate video output jacks on the DVD player. Component video outputs will normally be labeled Cr/Cb/Cy. The Cy output jack is matched to green, Cr to red and Cb to blue.
3 Run the cable from DVD player to the TV. Most TV connections are made from the back panel, but this may vary.
4 Match the connectors to the appropriate video input jacks on the TV.
If using S-Video Connection
1 Get an S-video cable. This cable has a single round connector with 4 pins.
2 Attach one end of the S-video cable to the S-video output jack on the DVD player.
3 Attach the other end to the S-video input jack on the TV.
Composite Video Connection 1 Get a composite video cable. These types of cables are frequently bundled with two-channel audio cables. Composite video cables are tipped with yellow plugs.
2 Plug one end of the composite video cable into the composite video output jack on your DVD player.
3 Plug the other end into the composite video input jack on your TV.

Yellow is a composite output and should be plugged into a composite input, whereas Y indicates the COMPONENT input of the TV. If you don't have a separate composite input use a scart to phono (rca) adapter in your tv's scart input.

How can I connect my dvd player to a Philips 32PFL5605H/05 32-inch Widescreen Full HD LED TV ? It is of the type which has one red, one yellow, and one white connector but i do not see any sockets that...

The included cable with the red, yellow and white RCA connectors is a composite A/V cable. To connect this cable to the TV, you need a SCART-cinch adapter. Then use one of the SCART connections on the TV. Note: the SCART connection does not handle HD signal.

You will get a much better picture if you buy a different cable. Depending on your DVD player, get either an HDMI cable or a pair of cables - a component video and audio cable. (Both component and the audio cable will have RCA plugs at each end. The component video has 3 plugs - red, blue and green. The audio will have 2 plugs - white and red.) Both of these will carry HD signals. Most DVD players will have at least component video and composite video jacks; some have the HDMI output. Most DVD/VCR combinations will need the composite video for the VCR and the component video is optional for the DVD signal.

I hope this helps.

How do i set up a ps2 to a tv that only has a yellow and white input

It's called a "composite" adapter cable for PS2. The yellow RCA connector is composite video. The white RCA connector is left-audio (usually there's white and red for stereo - left/right)

There should have been a cable that came with your console, but in case you bought it used, here's a picture of what it looks like.

Also, you can buy one aftermarket:

Look around, I wouldn't pay more that $15 for it.
