Question about Canon CanoScan D1250U2 Flatbed Scanner
I have many years repairing Canon scanners so here is my suggestions to you.
I would google Canon CanoScan D1250U2 drivers once more and make sure you download them from Canons official website. The drivers have dates on them so make sure you install the newest ones. Before you install them disconnect the cable that goes to your computer from the scanner. Then install the drivers. Once the drivers are installed reconnect the cable to your computer and make sure the scanner is powered on. You should get a pop up saying new drivers are being installed. Once this completes I would then reboot your computer one more time and you now should be able to scan.
I hope this helps you out
