I have a CT230W Double Thermador oven and I can't get my knob to set the clock when turning the knob to the left. The timer which turns to the left (same Knob) works fine and everything else about the ovens work great, only my clock knob. The unit is old, approximately installed in 1994 or 1995. What can I do? there is a dispay kit you can order from bosch to fix this problem. it will come with a new display board and power control which is located behind control panel as well

Hi, You need to turn the large knob counterclockwise and then you should be able to set it , when it is set tot the correct time then you will press select button.

HI. During the power outage, there may have been a power surge. This has shorted your main control board. This E-10 is indicating that this is the issue. This code represents a failed control board. It must be replaced, in this case. Once replaced, the unit will return to its normal operating status.

Try this. For the 720ef , this is what you need to do.
There are five buttons on the clock panel and from left to right they are:- Minute Minder, Cook time, Ready Time, Plus and Minus.
TO SET THE TIME OF DAY
Press the Cook Time button and the Ready Time button simultaneously. Use the Plus and Minus buttons to set the time.(24hr clock).
TO SELECT AN ALARM TONE.
Press the Minus button to listen to the first tone. Release it and press it again to listen to the second tone etc (3 tones)
Releasing the button after the tone has sounded will automatically set that tone.
SETTING THE MINUTE MINDER.
Press the Minuter Minder button and either the Plus or Minus buttons simultaneously to set the time.
You can cancel the timer at any time by setting it back to 00.00 by using the Minus button.
After setting, the display will revert to the time of day, but by pressing the Minute Minder button again, the display will show the remaining time.
