First thing to check would be is if the door is in someway opened or if the seal is preventing the door from fully closeing this would cause that audible dinging that you are heariing also check to see if the door switch for when the door closes is pushing in fully and has not moved also that it does not need to be adjusted as to the tempretures fluctuating this could be due to the door being open what you u should do is take two manual thermometers and stick one in your freezer and one in your fridgerator optimum tempretures on a fridge is 37-38 degrees and on the freezer would be 0 if you have any further questions message me back and please remember when our chat has fully concluded to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to help others in similar situations Thanks Rick

Hi massatek2,

If you're having problem with the temperature display it might caused by the Control panel setting. There are basic ways on how to correct this issue, either you reset the control panel or run a self diagnostic test. Please follow the steps below on how to run the self diagnostic program.

1. Please press and hold down the [power freeze] and [power cool] buttons at the same time for at least 10 seconds.

2. This is just a self diagnostic program. You will see a number on the refrigerator temperature display.

3. Now just wait for 30 seconds and then the panel should function again.

Hope it helps.

Thank you for using FixYa.

    Hi massatek2,

The number 88 that you have right now is not just a control panel setting issue. If you get this number 88 after the self diagnostics test, it means that the main board needs to be check. Lets try to do a system reset. Please follow the instructions below.

    1. Unplug the unit from the power source for at least 2-3 minutes then plug it back again.

    2. Please press and hold down the [Energy Saver Key] plus [Lighting key] for 10 seconds and let the unit run a self test again. This process will reset the control panel.

--> if you will be encountering the same issue, you need to consult a repair man I'm afraid to have the main board be replaced.

    Hope it helps.

    Thank you for using FixYa.

Icemaker is not working properly. It will only make ice after the reset button is pushed.

If the ice room is not getting/staying cold enough, the unit will not harvest the ice and proceed through the cycle... First step in troubleshooting is to determine if the compartment the icemaker sits in is cold enough, if it is, then you have to test the ice room temp. sensor to see if it is not sending the correct temp signal to the main board. These icemakers are modular and pretty much have to be replaced completely if the temperatures and sensor check OK. Samsung Refrigerator Temperature Sensor DA32 10104N

How to cancel audible books on my kindle

Have you checked out yet how to end it online? If not with your Kindle, it may prove easier with a PC or laptop. Is it possible to call customer service? Some type of mechanism for canceling should exist: Given Audible's reliance upon auto-dinging and the prominence of that company, it must exist somewhere or somehow. Naturally, such services' canceling procedures never are prominently displayed on their sites--nor in their promotional materials. Ultimately nonetheless, you'll likely succeed at canceling directly through Audible.

Banking: If worse comes to worse, changing your account number or bank will end all such dingings. Any cleared drafts or online checks likely can't be recovered. Banks often prove quite unhelpful: They prefer not to get involved in ending customer/merchant autopay arrangements. After all, banks obtain more "like-clockwork" merchant fees and perhaps even expensive customer bank fees, otherwise.

Credit Card: If you can't get the charges canceled--dispute them via the card issuer's online or telephone facilities for that. Credit card issuers generally prove more cooperative and helpful. Often, they offer a relatively generous period in which to dispute charges. Payments will end--at least until the dispute is resolved.

It's a hassle: Whatever you do, don't let this continue: I know--"stiffen up" and make canceling Audible an urgent priority. (It's a painful lesson: Try to avoid undesirable future monthly automated "dingings" of the your accounts--as far as that proves desirable and practical. It adds up.)

Consider carefully the possible and future ramifications of giving your account numbers to anyone or any entity. Get a magnifying glass out, if necessary, and read that fine print--or, hit magnification on your device--perhaps that is where both dinging/fee warnings and canceling procedures lodge. (For anything or any entity proving new and unknown to you, find and note relevant reviews and anecdotes online. Ask others about these, if possible, too.)

I noted certain Pimsleur language courses online. The company's first lesson for a language proves gratis or nominally inexpensive--to obtain that, the company requires a valid major card account number though. In the fine print online, I noted that future lessons prove really expensive--customers later on find out about the truly onerous installment payments necessary to pay for each future lesson--naturally those lessons are auto-shipped and accounts are auto-dinged! I'm quite thankful that I noted the fine print--I put my debit card away and quickly exited!

Dryer starts then 8-10 seconds later dings, stops, displays code for heater temp.control problem. This is intermittent problem, sometimes it works!

theres a thermistor in the blower housing vent ductwork inside the dryer connected by a red and blue wire and you need to remove and replace this thermistor as they get intermittant from the heat of the exhaust temps, this thermistor monitors the exhaust temp and cycles the element for heat output

Kenmore Elite bottom freezer refridgerator

I just went through this with my refridgerator and actually posted one of the questions. Here is what I found ........

In the freezer compartment behind the panel there is an evaporator fan which pulls cold air from the freezer and pushes it up into the refrridgerator compartment. If the fan is not working it is one of three things.. 1) there is so much frost in the fan area the fan blade is stopped and cannot push the cold air into the refridgerator compartment or the air channel is blocked. 2) there is no electricity going to the fan (usually tied to the door switch of the refirdgerator compartment, and 3) the motor is dead and will have to be replaced.

Solution to #1 - defrost but there is another problem in the "frost-free" part of the system which must be addressed or the frost will return and it will happen again in the future.

Solution #2 - check to see there is power to the fan. (most are 110VAC but some are 100VDC. Use a meter and check)

Solution #3 - If there is power, the motor is dead. Replace the motor. Be aware that AC and DC motors are different and replace per manufacture's specifications.
