Question about HTC EVO 4G Smartphone
Plug phone into pc. It should recognize the evo as a disk drive. Select disk drive if prompted by evo. On pc hit the menu button. Go to Computer then find drive (evo) . I don't know what letter it will be. Then once in correct drive, navigate through your sd card until you find the htc sync file. Drag it over to your pc and run it. After program is installed you should have no problem connecting it.
You can also go here http://www.htc.com/us/support/evo-sprint/downloads/ and download it from the Htc site.
You can also Power off evo and remove MicroSD card. Place it in the appropriat adapter for usb and find the Htc Sync file that way.
