Question about Canon PIXMA MP600 all-In-One InkJet Printer
This is likely to occur because your black ink is running out. Try removing and replacing the ink cartridge the in the meantime to see if this helps. when you turn on the printer after replacing this should 'charge' the print heads, which may either help or alert you to the fact your ink level is low.
If this does not happen it may be that your black ink reservoir is blocked rather than being empty.
If this is the case it may need to go through the printing set up/cleaning procedures - details you should be able to find in the manual, which can be found in at this address:
