Question about HP LaserJet P3005 Printer
Your printer has a misfeeding problem.
It never fed any paper so the sensor never sensed paper and thinks that there was a jam.
Try using the manual feed tray. If that works, pull out tray 2 and clean the feed roller . Is this printer
up to date on its maintenance? The feed roller might have to be replaced.

Just found this on another forum:
I looked through the flap behind tray 2 and saw the rubber texture had worn away on the middle pickup roller, so it wasn't picking up. Gave it a clean and a bit of a scratch to roughen it up and made sure the paper was sitting up high in the tray to help it pick up. A temporary fix, most probably, but at least now I know the cause

That is correct, the 13.01.00 paper jam error is caused by the paper not feeding into the printer from the paper tray. The paper pickup rollers and separation pad needs to be replaced. This can be done by the user to save a service call fee. The kit of parts you need is called a maintenance roller kit and it is available here.
I hope this helps, if so please rate our solution.
