ok,if you live in Australia then the only way to get the parts is to contact Zanussi on and they will ship you the part to Australia.

Yes i may be of assistance to your dilemma, if you notice the hinges on the bottom of the door you should be able to open it slightly and gently but firmly pull upwards and outwards which will allow the door to prop off. i would suggest placing the door on either cardboard or a soft rug. If this is not the case please write back and i would gladly help.

Assume you have lifted the door off the oven. You may have to dismantle the door to replace the hinges. Take a hinge to an electrical appliance parts supplier to get new ones or ask stockist of this brand.
