The drain hole / drain tube in your freezer are probably blocked or even frozen shut so that the defrost water is leaking into fridge. See my answer here:

Water inside refrigerator

Because your model has an evaporator located inside the fresh food compartment it also will have a drain opening below that evaporator. This is a common problem with these dual evaporator models that have drain blockage caused by ice or gunk blocking the drain and causing water to flow below the crisper drawers. Sea Breeze

Water puddle forms on the floor in front of my GE TBX18SISERWN frig

lokk under the crisper draws,if there's water under them you have a blocked drain in the freezer.if there's no water under the crispers check the pastic water lines going to the water valve and the ice maker.if it's the drainyou have to pull everything out of the freezer, remove the inside back wall of the freezer and melt out all the ice with a hair dryer then you have to clear the drain,i use a steemer to do this, you can use a turkey baster or anything will push air down into the drain hole, pour hot water into the hole and when the water goes down the drain you'll know it's clear.before you start you can advance the timer into defrost to help melt out the ice or shut down the control or unplug it,you don't want it to be running while you take it apart.hope this helps you figure out where the water is leaking from.

Hi GE top freezer fridge - 5 years old( no ice

Well for one thing that unit was manufactured 10 years ago. But it sounds like the defrost drain is clogged and the water is running down the inside of the unit. The evaporator (not condenser) is on the bottom of the freezer compartment. The bottom panel of the freezer comes out. They are a bit of a pain to do, but can be done.

Water under the crisper bins in the refrigerator -

Replace the door seal on the freezer. When they go bad, outside air leaks into the freezer and when it kicks into automatic defrost, the ice crystals melt and run down the back of the refrigerator. The oldar models had a drain under the crispers that drained into a pan near the condensor coils. It was a heat source that evaporated the water. Some brainstorm decided they weren't necessary.

We have water under our crispers in our white-westinghouse refrigerator. How can we fix this?

You have a stopped up drain. The drain is located in the bottom of the back of the freezer. Go in thru the inside of the freezer, remove the back panel and you will see the small opening in the back bottom. It will be frozen up with ice also. Defrost the ice off the drain and try to get hot water to pour down the drain until the drain is clear. I use a flexable piece of hose to blow through the drain until the clog is gone. This will eliminate the water leaking down under the crisper drawers. Good luck and I hope this will FixYa.

The back part of the refridgerator inside where the cold air comes out is leaking water and the back inside wall is wet?

You should fine a drain line just below the freezer level in the back. The drain line is more than likely plugged. Check the loop seal down by the drain pan under the back of the refrigerator. It may be restricted at that point. It may require a complete defrost of the freezer to clear the ice formed in the drain from a back-up.
