Question about Microwave Ovens
If all other areas are working, but won't heat, the most likely problem is the magnetron not working. There are two additional parts that will cause same issues, the high voltage capacitor and diode. Chances are the repairs will not be cost effective but cheaper to replace the microwave oven.

Tips for a great answer:
Thank you for your inquiry, Justin!
From the information you have provided your Frigidaire microwave is not turning and it has stopped heating up. It sounds like the motor, magnetron, or control panel may need to be replaced inside of your microwave. This could also be a miscommunication within your microwave and a reset could help clear it out. You can reset your microwave by flipping the household circuit breaker off for at least ten minutes. If that does not help correct your issue I would suggest contacting a professional technician for proper diagnosis and repair. I hope this information is helpful. -Matt
